Oliver Constantin is a former accountant who turned into an online baking show sensation under the name “Oliver Cakes”. His online baking show “Only Cake” has five hundred thousand followers on YouTube, including Jennifer Walters (aka She-Hulk) and her assistant Bradley. In a misguided plot to become a “reality horror” sensation, Steve and Ray–Oliver’s cameramen–secretly drugged one of Oliver’s cakes with a mutate street drug called “monster juice”. After unknowingly ingesting it, Oliver mutated into a Hulk-like monster live on-air while filming his show!

His boyfriend Warren tried to get him to a hospital, but Oliver did not want anyone to see him like that. He returned to their apartment and hoped that it would wear off, but when it failed to do so Oliver hunted down Steve and Ray and forced them to tell him what they’d done and where they got the drug. He went to the drug dealer looking for a cure and tried another drug he took from them, but it only worked temporarily and then the mutation returned.

Driven mad with pain and anger, Oliver went on a destructive rampage. Warren attempted to talk him down, but Oliver would not listen to him and drove him away so he wouldn’t get hurt in the crossfire. She-Hulk confronted Oliver, and he tried to force her to kill him to end his suffering. She-Hulk refused to kill him, but during the battle temporarily lost control of her rage and beat Oliver into a coma before she regained control of herself.

Sometime later Jen came to see Oliver in the hospital. He remains comatose, but Jen spoke to him anyway and offered to be there for him when he comes out of the coma if he needs to speak to someone who understands what he’s going through.

In his monster form Oliver possesses superhuman strength and durability, and has the ability to leap great distances.
